Four men have been arrested in connection with the shooting of San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Keion White at a party following Super Bowl 2026, the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office announced on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. White, 27, was shot in the ankle on February 9 at a private party in the downstairs VIP area of the Dahlia Club in San Francisco, suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and underwent surgery.

TL;DR: San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced charges on October 14 against two men and confirmed two more arrests in the February 9 shooting of 49ers player Keion White at a Super Bowl party. Gregory Walker, 36, faces a felony assault-with-a-semi-automatic-firearm charge; Curtis Green, 35, faces misdemeanor weapons charges. Two other men, Marquis Davis and Antoine Washington, were arrested October 7 in Atlanta and Stockton. All four are accused, not convicted — the case is still working its way through the courts.

The Charges

In a press release issued Wednesday and reported by PEOPLE, District Attorney Brooke Jenkins said Gregory Walker, 36, of Mountain House, California, has been charged with assault with a semi-automatic firearm, with allegations that he personally discharged a firearm and personally inflicted great bodily injury.

Walker also faces charges of possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a concealed firearm by a felon, and possession of a loaded firearm by a felon, according to the release.

Curtis Green, 35, of Irvine, California, has been charged with brandishing a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, and carrying a loaded firearm in public — all misdemeanor charges.

What Happened at the Dahlia Club

White was hosting a private party in the downstairs VIP area of the Dahlia Club on February 9, the night after Super Bowl 2026, when the shooting happened. Police said at a press conference that the confrontation began when multiple suspects, some brandishing firearms, confronted the 49ers player, leading to a physical altercation between the group and the victim — and White was shot in the ankle.

White suffered non-life-threatening injuries and underwent surgery, PEOPLE previously reported. Walker and a second man, who is described as pending charges, are alleged to have fired their guns, resulting in White’s injury. Green was also armed and is alleged to have brandished his own firearm, the District Attorney said.

Two More Arrests Across the Country

Two more men tied to the case were arrested on October 7, according to a San Francisco Police Department release:

Marquis Davis, 38, was arrested by the Atlanta Police Department at his home on a San Francisco police warrant. Officers recovered an illegal firearm along with large quantities of drugs — 820 grams of MDMA, 1,026 grams of methamphetamine, 979 grams of cocaine, and 3,842 grams of fentanyl.

Antoine Washington, 36, was arrested in Stockton, California, by San Francisco police officers and deputies with the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant in the shooting investigation. Officers recovered a loaded firearm, more than 120 oxycodone pills, and approximately $6,691 in currency upon his arrest.

Booking and Extradition

The Irvine Police Department arrested Green on October 7, and the Los Angeles Police Department took Walker into custody on October 9. Both were booked into San Francisco County Jail on October 12. The San Francisco Police Department and the District Attorney’s Office are working with other jurisdictions to bring Davis and Washington to San Francisco to face the courts.
